CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

FULL BATCH                                       HALF BATCH

1/2 lb. unsalted Butter                       4 oz. unsalted Butter

4 oz. Cream Cheese                           2 oz. Cream Cheese

4 cups Powdered Sugar                      2 cups Powdered Sugar

1/4 cup warm Milk                             2 Tbsps. warm Milk

1 Tbsp. Vanilla                                  2 tsps. Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

  • Bring the Butter and Cream Cheese to room temperature; mix together until soft and creamy.
  • Beat in the Powdered Sugar, Milk and Vanilla.
  • Mix well until very smooth.
  • Use on Quick Breads or Cinnamon Rolls
