BLEU CHEESE DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
3 oz. crumbled Bleu Cheese
2 tsps. Lemon Juice
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Buttermilk
½ tsp. Salt
1 ½ tsps. Sugar
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the Ingredients together and mix well; taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
