GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

Graham Cracker Crumbs

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 cup + 2 Tbsps. Graham Cracker Crumbs                

1/3 cup Sugar

5 Tbsps. unsalted Butter, melted

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar and melted Butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a buttered 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake the crust about 5 minutes or until set and golden.  (optional)

       The crust can be left unbaked or it can be chilled in the freezer.  Either way it won’t make much difference.
