½ cup unsalted Butter                              1 lb. cooked Fettuccini Noodles

1 ½ cups Heavy Cream

Salt and Pepper to taste

½ cup shredded Parmesan




  • Melt the Butter over low heat in a medium size skillet; add the Cream and continue cooking until the mixture begins to bubble.
  • Add the cooked Pasta to the skillet and continue cooking until the cream is reduced and absorbed by the Pasta; stir in the Parmesan and add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Serve while hot.
