INGREDIENTS:                                       EQUIPMENT:


1 cup Milk                                                 Blender

¼ cup Chocolate Syrup                              Ice Cream Scoop

1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream                             Tall Glasses, Spoons & Straws




  • Pour the Milk into the blender container; add the Chocolate Syrup and half the Ice Cream.  Blend until smooth.


  • Add the rest of the Ice Cream and continue blending at high speed until very smooth.  Pour into glasses and serve.


Yield:  2 large shakes or 4 smaller ones
